Fascia Attached Verandah
Our lovely customers in Lilydale had a vision of outdoor living and our Melbourne Team was more than happy to make their dreams come true.
Stage 1 involves an L-shaped, fascia-attached insulated verandah. At its widest point, the new verandah is 7.2m wide and wraps around the alfresco area providing 5.5m of cover. The 55mm Insulmax Insulated Roofing panels protect from extreme temperatures and allow the generous width without the need for a centre post. This cuts down on visual clutter and delivers an uninterrupted view of the garden. White ceilings, roof, gutters and beams are a clean and modern colour choice. The Monument posts are paired perfectly with the steel fencing. When viewed from the right angle they almost disappear entirely from view.
Stage 2 is a practical steel verandah that protects the laundry and garage exits. At 2.3m x 1.7m it offers generous protection and is colour-coded to match the insulated verandah. Another outdoor living space we can wait to see once complete.
