Adjustable Outdoor Roofing
Our Melbourne team had the pleasure of designing and building the definition of a custom outdoor roofing solution for our lovely customers in Carnegie, VIC. With a detailed understanding of our customer’s needs and council regulations, the design team got to work optimising every aspect of this project.
Thanks to the 2 roof levels, the adjustable louvred patio is mounted in a combination of fascia mount and flyover. This offers a secure attachment to the home and keeps the air moving even when the louvres are closed. The adjustable roof measures 5.1 metres by 3.8 metres and offers a generous entertaining space even in adverse weather.
The slatted pergola integrates seamlessly with the louvred roof and is council-approved to extend to the side boundary.
This outdoor roofing arrangement off a combined coverage of more than 30 metres squared. Strategic roof design has allowed the support post count to be kept low, further adding to the already open and airy feel.
Pearl White roofs and ceilings are matched elegantly with the Monument post.
