Fascia Attached Patio
A home is often the sum of all parts and our Rockhampton team was proud to contribute an elegant patio for our dear customers in Norman Garden.
The fascia-attached roof uses strategically chosen 75mm Suncool insulated patio panels and measures 3.8m x 5m. This allowed our designers to match the ceiling height of the new patio to the home. 4x LED downlights are flush mounted for a seamless appearance and plenty of light when entertaining friends and family into the evenings.
The 140mm x140mm Kwila post adds contrast and is an elegant extension of the existing patio and landscaping colour scheme. The white ceiling is perfectly framed by Monument coloured gutters and barge.
With year-round protection from the elements complete, a timber deck is next on the list. Set to feature an outdoor kitchen it is sure to be the definition of outdoor living. We can’t wait to come back to see the end result.
