Elevated Roof Patio
We love creating new opportunities for our customers to enjoy the outdoors, and this patio in Petrie, QLD is no exception.
Following a detailed design consultation, the Brisbane team designed this stunning flyover patio for our dear customers. At 9m wide and 6.6m long, this insulated patio is perfectly positioned over an existing concrete slab and offers plenty of outdoor living space.
The insulated roofing is supported by a combination of 100mm x 100mm posts and through-roof mounts. This avoids the need for posts at the entry-way of the home. White ceilings maximise the natural light, while flush-mounted LEDs provide plenty of light for evenings with friends and family. The Monument-coloured posts, gutters and roof are matched perfectly with the recently restored roof tiles.
