Our dear customers in Langwarrin met with our Melbourne Team and explained their grand vision for their outdoor entertainment area. The first hurdle was the removal of the existing patio.
With a site visit complete, our team set to work designing the patio. Featuring twin gable sections, each measuring 8.1m x 4.4m, the new patio would provide plenty of protected space for year-round entertaining.
Truelines Insulmax 55mm insulated roofing panels are finished in Surfmist for the ceilings and roof. The new patio roof features 16 Naturelite opaque inserts to provide plenty of natural light during the day. As the sun falls, 16 integrated downlights take over. Classic cream was the colour of choice for the posts, gutters and barge. It will also feature throughout the rest of the landscaping and we can’t wait to see the end result.
