Opening Roof Verandah
Our customers in Frankston love spending time on the balcony, and with a view like that we don’t blame them. With the old pergola looking tired, they spoke to our Melbourne team about creating something special.
This project consists of 2 parts, the first is an opening roof patio that measures 6.2m x 2.8m. The second is the open pergola which sits over the smaller side of the balcony at 5.1m x 1.9m. Both are wall-attached and make use of the existing posts following a freshen-up.
Our customer chose to match the post and frame colours to the newly installed windows. The white gutters and louvred roof add character to the home and pair beautifully with the hardwood deck.
