An elevated concrete slab has given the Brisbane design team the opportunity for custom elements on this project. Our team intentionally set the patio dimensions to overhang the slab. This means the support posts are fixed below the floor. This allows the chosen flooring to be laid in an uninterrupted manner.
The insulated roofing will help to keep the temperature under control.
The colour palette chosen is a tried and tested combination of monument trims and posts match the look of the home while the surfmist ceiling adds light and the feeling of space.
