Eave cut-back patio
Located in Capalaba, our Brisbane team loved creating this stunning outdoor living space for our dear customers. With the in-home quote and design consultation completed, our team had a clear direction and plenty of inspiration to work with.
The patio is attached to the home using a process called an eave cut-back. This allows the new patio to replace the eaves. This construction process creates uninterrupted ceilings. The result is a seamless integration of the outdoor area and resembles the appearance of an internal room/area.
The insulated patio is a generous 11m wide and 6.3m deep. It offers plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. Clever use of glass pool fencing ensures the kids are always in sight.
The roofing uses 75mm insulated panels. This allows the entire 69 square meters of roofing to be supported by three 140mm Kwila posts. Flush-mounted LED lighting and ceiling fans keep things bright and comfortable for evenings of entertaining.
