Eave Cut-back Patio
This stunning insulated patio is located in Parkinson QLD and was a pleasure for our Brisbane team to design and build.
To achieve an integrated and seamless appearance, the existing eaves were cut back. This allowed the insulated roofing panels to mount neatly against the external walls. Central to the construction is a 150×100 RHS beam that connects the patio the frame of the home.
The patio measures 7.3m wide and 4.7m deep and is constructed using insulated roofing panels. Unlike steel roofing, the insulated panels span longer distances requiring fewer supports. Flush-mount LED downlights provide plenty of light once the sun goes down without interrupting the clean lines of the ceiling.
